Do You Feel Like Giving Up On Life?

Life can be overwhelming at times. Financial problems and the fear of losing everything we have. Relationship problems and the fear of being  rejected and alone. Spiritual problems when we feel as if God doesn’t love us anymore or how could he forgive me for what I have done. Physical problems and the fear of being helpless or even death.

Does this sound familiar? Are you in one or more of these places right now? Have you reached a point of despair and hopelessness where you are actually contemplating whether or not life is really worth living anymore. Are you having thoughts of taking your own life? STOP!!!!!

Before you go any further or do another thing, give God a chance to show you something that can change everything. Satan wants to destroy our lives. God wants us to have life abundantly. John 10:10 says, “The thief (Satan) comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I (God) came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

I know what you are going through because I went through the same thing. God helped me and changed my entire life so that today I share my story and the message of the Bible to help others the way God helped me. Will you give God a chance? Simply listen to what He has to say before you do anything else. Ask God to give back your hope and joy and make life worth living again. I promise He will if you give Him a chance.

I explained how God helped me and can help anyone in despair in a series of talks I gave entitled “When Life Seems Unlivable.” I have attached a link to those talks on this post. Listen to them and ask God to speak directly to you and help you.

A lady in Minnesota listened to these talks and she wrote the following message about this series of lessons:

“ A Balm of Gilead ”
I needed to hear this series and it came at the right time after I prayed that the Lord would lead me to a sermon to bring hope and help me endure the continuous trials I’ve encountered the last 10 or so months. Bill Crockett clearly knows what it is like and can encourage the fainthearted just like Paul said in 2 Cor. I was at the point of giving up after one thing after another kept striking me. Everything that could go wrong has from finances to health to church to housing to relationships and more. It keeps coming. Even friends have reached a point of shock not knowing what to say anymore. I understand their frustration. Eventually and recently, I hit despair. When I heard this series, it was the Balm of Gilead I needed from the Lord. I thank God for Bill Crockett and this series of sermons “When Life Seems Unlivable” which I will definitely listen to again… and again. Thank you, thank you so very much. May God richly bless your ministry. Blessings to you,

In the first talk I share my own personal story. I understand. I have been there. Please give God a chance to speak to you before you do something that will rob you of the opportunity to live life like you never dreamed it could be lived.
